How do you protect my credit card information?

Your confidential information (which includes your credit card information) is sent between your computer and our server in a securely encrypted form which ensures that no other party can read it. Once you have placed items in your shopping basket and click to Checkout, you will be required to log in with your email address. If you are a new user, you will then be required to supply your name, address and credit/debit card details. When you proceed to make your payment, your credit/debit card details are passed securely to and processed by HSBC Bank pc. We do not store your credit card details. Once your payment is approved by HSBC Bank plc, you will receive an email acknowledgement containing details of the goods you have ordered and your payment.

Once your order has been accepted, it is immediately passed to our manufacturing department. From construction to quality control inspection, delivery takes approximately 4 to 8 weeks, often sooner.

Once installed, how do I access my central heating thermostat controls?

Very easily. All radiator cabinets from Radiator Cabinets Direct have magnetic front opening panels, allowing for easy access.

Will having radiator cabinets mean my heating bill will go up?

No, in fact it may actually reduce it by more effective convection into the room at waist height.

Will the thermostatic controls near my radiator be accessible?

Yes they will. Our removable magnetic front panels allow access to all radiator parts and valves.
